Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Please note: We do not accept returns on items that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or are returned after the 30-day period.
How to Initiate a Return

(Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? We’re happy to offer exchanges within the 30-day window. Simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll help you arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
