Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:
U.S. domestic orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.
International orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Creating an account is easy:
Click on the “Account” or “Sign Up” link at the top of our website.
Enter your email address, create a password, and fill in your details.
Click “Create Account” to get started.
Having an account allows you to manage orders, save shipping addresses, and track purchases easily.
If your order has not yet shipped:
Log in to your account and go to your Order History.
Select the order and click “Edit Shipping Address”.
Or, email us immediately at [email protected] with your updated address and order number.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
You can also log into your account and view your order status in the “My Orders” section.
No, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways using industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
We collect sales tax where required by law, based on your shipping address. The applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple items or different types of products, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package if this happens.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in resellable condition with proof of purchase.

We apologize for the mix-up! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending the correct item or arranging a return.
If your item was damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damage and your order number to [email protected]. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions via email.
Please do not send any items back without first receiving return authorization—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

After that window, we may not be able to stop shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may return it once received.
Yes! If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, the product page will indicate a pre-order option along with the estimated restock/shipping date.
